Transport For All

Transport For All logo

Transport for All is a charity that works across London to inform disabled and older people about the transport services available and how to access them. We also campaign to make transport services – including buses, tube, Dial-A-Ride and Taxicard – more accessible. We have been campaigning hard to protect the Taxicard service from cuts.

Once they have your details they will either telephone, email or write to the company that you have had a problem with. If we think that you need legal assistance, we will let you know and help you to contact the relevent people.

If you have any questions or would rather talk to someone about your complaint, please call our helpline on 0207 737 2339.
