If you are a council tenant and need some repair work done in your home, repairs on 020 8726 6101. If your property is in need of repair/adaptation and it is privately owned, Croydon Home Improvement Agency (CHIA) or Croydon Council’s Staying Put Team can provide help accessing and claiming grants to pay for work to be done providing you are eligible.
