Our opening hours are Monday-Thursday 9-4.45 and on Friday from 9-4.30. It is often easier to get through later in the day.
Callers ringing this number will be able to choose between speaking to someone about their individual case or for general immigration advice. We are not able to give callers timescales for individual applications being processed by IND.
